一、每天上班時檢查生活低溫廢水回收設(shè)備進污水泵和回流泵是否結(jié)冰，包括水泵的潤滑加油，填料的松緊，底閥的密封比空壓機的加注機油等。

1、 Check whether the sewage pump and reflux pump of the domestic low-temperature wastewater recovery equipment are frozen at work every day, including the lubrication and oiling of the water pump, the tightness of the packing, the sealing of the bottom valve and the oiling of the air compressor.

二、檢查空壓機空氣濾水伐有無上凍，以判斷空壓機正常運轉(zhuǎn)，有無雜聲及發(fā)熱現(xiàn)象。

2、 Check whether the air filter valve of the air compressor is frozen to judge whether the air compressor operates normally and whether there is noise and heat.

三、檢查刮渣機的傳動部分及刮板，在寒冷狀態(tài)下是否變硬折斷，以免影響使用。

3、 Check whether the drive part and scraper of the slag scraper are hard and broken in cold state, so as not to affect the use.

四、注意混凝劑攪拌儲存罐避免結(jié)冰，并經(jīng)常做小樣試驗。

4、 Attention shall be paid to avoid freezing in coagulant mixing storage tank, and sample test shall be conducted frequently.

五、對各設(shè)備閥門管路進行檢查以免閥門管路有堵賽、并按要求分別置于“開”或“關(guān)”的位置。

5、 Check the valves and pipelines of each equipment to avoid blockage of valves and pipelines, and place them at the "on" or "off" positions as required.

六、停機時須將水放干凈，以免發(fā)生結(jié)冰堵塞。

6、 During shutdown, the water must be drained to avoid icing and blockage.
