2、噴淋系統：噴淋清洗共兩套，一道采用藥劑噴淋清洗，二道采用噴淋漂洗，三道采用噴淋漂洗、四道采用噴淋漂洗，五道采用噴淋防銹、內腔設噴管，噴管上設不銹鋼噴嘴，上下噴淋管噴嘴間錯布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗區域確保工件清洗時無噴淋盲區，保證工件清洗的潔凈度。

2. 3、除油裝置：由于前清洗工位的處理量較大，所以清洗液中的含油量較多，為了防止排水中含油量過大，此工位設有除油系統。

4、過濾循環系統：循環過濾槽內清洗劑，提高清洗效果。采用袋式過濾器。

6、抽氣系統：各個噴淋與風切段都在側面開有抽氣孔連接主管，主管前端配置有除霧塔內裝拉西環，配備離心風機進行抽氣

噴淋清洗機清洗過程由PLC可編程自動控制，設備由噴洗室、儲液箱、循環過濾系統、加熱系統、切水系統、除油系統、烘干系統。其工作原理是通過高壓水噴淋沖擊工件表面并結合清洗劑的化學去污、除油、切水能力，從而使工件達到潔凈的目的。工作過程是操作者將工件直接放置到設備的傳動網鏈上；開啟設備，工作方式選擇自動運行，直到下料，此即完成一個工作循環進入下一工作循環，連續進行。
